Well, Jessica Cripps from Wister, Ok, USA, I have nothing but admiration for the fact that you wrote to the paper and for the views you hold.

Dogs are wonderful. I have three [as I mentioned to you earlier] but I cannot comprehend why humans allow dogs to behave as they do. Barking is one thing. One cannot escape the bark of a deranged dog and the deranged dog is a creature of a deranged human.

The pit bulls in your story were obtained by a person who wanted pit bulls. That must say something about that person. That the dog attacked those children is something directly attributable to that person. He or she is responsible and should be brought to book.
