Subject: initialisation failed erro

When I was a boy I spent hours playing on my Vectrex. To relive my younger days, I started to search for an emulation program. I found the DVE_2 files on this site and installed it. After reading the instructions I still dont get the programm running. Im getting ERROR: fSysteminit-cartridgerom load: initialisation failed. Does anybody know how to fix this problem ???????
