Wat dat "half Amerikaans" betreft, de tekenstijl is gewoon "back to the roots", zoals Boeboe reeds zei: volledig in de stijl van Osamu Tezuka (-->Astroboy, komt je bekend voor?) Hij wordt beshouwd als de Anime/Manga-god en ��n v/d grondleggers van de Anime/Manga tekenstijl zoals we deze nu kennen. Tezuka haalde voor zijn tekeningen veel inspiratie uit Disney tekenfilms. Je kan eigenlijk zeggen dat Manga en Anime voor een groot deel onstaan zijn uit Amerikaanse tekenfilms. (Toch vind ik de Japanse stukken beter ;D)

Over dat "kinds" en "BORING" kan ik weinig zeggen, ik heb enkel fragmenten gezien. Ieder zijn eigen smaak zeker :)

Zijn er hier mensen die nog dingen weten over de "roots" van Manga en Anime? Ik zou er graag meer over weten...
