Subject: 1982 honda goldwing 1100 gl

Has any one had problems with starting their 82 goldwings? I have a new battery and starter silinoid,when its cooled off It will start,but it seems to turn over very slow.When i go to start it up in the morn,it fires right up,but if its hot(after say 20 miles to100 miles, it will have to cool off befor it may start.Ive looked over all my connections,nad their all clean,if its my starter,Ill have to pull the entire motor out of the bike, and what a drag that will be.head light seems bright and nothing is draining? Can some one be kind enough to help out this fellow winger? God Bess u mike
