You must document the manner of your journey. This alone will bring the solice and comfort, and yes, healing you so richly deserve.
We, all who are visitors (whether transitory, such as I, or more fixed habituées as many others are) want you do to this for yourself. We return to note your progress; to offer helpful advice, and occasionally to prod you in the right direction; but we cannot do this for you. Only you can.
All that can then be said, and it is the only reward you'll ever receive for your effort, is that maybe somewhere, in a place no-one has thus far been able to reach, either him or her, you'll have touched the heart and mind of some youth, who desparately needed to know that someone can, and is able to survive, the same journey you have travelled.
You could very well save another's life, and in doing so fulfil a purpose in your own having been spared.
