Sometimes....when you are loved...you dont realise it.

Sometimes....your heart feels heavy...you see no light.

But, other times, when you feel the lowest Rick, remember that GOD is watching you, even though you dont think so and, YOUR friends, they are here too.

Never let The nothingness take you over Rick ok?? Remember to stay light inside. The bad stuff can only overwhelm you when you feel lost and hopeless. YOU ARE NOT EITHER OK??
