you might want to consider making a couple of changes in your board settings. Right now in order to leave a reply one has to delete the subject line and the entire message in the message box or it will repeat the original. To change this go to: owner login - DISPLAY SETTINGS - then scroll down to Enable/Disable Display Features and there are two boxes there Reply Box quote original subject and Insert subject line - if you uncheck those two boxes then when ones chooses to reply they will get an empty reply box to put in their response.
