Author: Rick [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 13:24:49 04/17/02 Wed A Halifax school that has been swept up in a bullying scandal after a teenager's suicide last week saw another of its students charged with carrying a gun and threatening a young boy for money. One father said a group of teens appeared on his doorstep to collect money from his young daughter. He had to scare them off with the family dog. Principal of the school said him and his staff treat bullying seriously but he didn't think it was a cause for great concern at the school. Another teen male was charged in February with extortion and possession of a knife and a gun after another boy complained to polices. But still there is no problem with bullying in this school, how many more have to be hurt because the principal and staff do something to help these kids ??
