What's it matter if there are few who visit with you, in this your home, a home regardless of whether it's your full-time place of residence, or not. All that's truly important is that those of us who do rest a while here, know that you do still consider it to be a home, and not some orphan child you couldn't give a damn about.

This forum has an enduring history that your newer venue does not yet have, although given time it too will acquire one. It is solely for that reason you'll more likely as not find me venturing here rather than elsewhere.

I will miss the comfort, and shelter, I have so often found within this Board's walls should you decide to do discard it; but, I caution, like a well loved, worn, and tattered old pair of shoes, or other cherished item that we're reluctant to part with, once abandoned to the refuse heap, it cannot ever be recovered.
