If you don't like how Kaiden is run, why don't you try and take over? Or maybe you can be a crook? There's some easy confilt for you. Personally, I thought the string of asshole leaders in Kaiden was getting old. Arthur is entitled to his own leadership style. He doesn't have to be an ass if he doesn't want to.

Besides, how do you know that there isn't more to Arthur's plans than you know about? And then again, maybe there isn't.
