well, well... all this about money... strange to say... it does seem to me that the only real way for any commoner to hold on, and build money is through lying, cheating, and stealing from the blind... my current char funded his way into a brand new house by his acts of ungood... I think right now, that's the easiest way to make money... I sure didn't expect to earn that kind of money through acts better left undone...
To me Kavka and Nadu are idle... they aren't even trying to make any money... the Kaiden militia spends soooooooooo much money on building an NPC army, that it doesn't pay it's PC's... so, why should any of us bother working?!? why should any of us bother spending any money when we can't make much of a profit from our skills... if we want to drive the economy up, and get more circulation of the money, the higher ups need to rethink things... Kavka and Nadu need to aggresively recruit people... and they need more than one person to do the recruiting... Kaiden needs to spend more time *drafting* PC's into the army then spending all their money on NPC's...
Maybe Kaiden needs an employment office... if a PC is short on cash, he/she can take a post, go accomplish the task, and get paid accordingly right at the office, rather than waiting out the PC to be around to collect the bounty... I think that would drive into more plots too... it would help Kaiden and the houses to get more business... think of this, house Nadu had a post that paid 10,000 gold for a large amount of raw ore for jewelry, someone who needs some cash flow knows what he will get out of it, and all he/she has to do is get the ore, and bring it back... Kaiden had a post 100,000 gold for the head of a certain traitor... person gets head, brings it to employment office, wala! Kaiden had a post TEMPORARY TAX CREDIT for any noble house to mine gold ore for the production of new money... noble house gets a break, and Kaiden gets ore to make the money it needs...
When it comes to all that damnable bronze armor... there is some pc out there that's sole purpose is to gather it and to bring it to a spot... right now he's "vacationing" from what I understand... and that armor does go through a recycling of it's own to my knowledge...
Anywho... those are my ramblings... feel free to criticize, ignore, threaten my comments as need be...
