Subject: I'm the accounts payabel/payroll administrator for a family services agency. Basically, I'm just there for my staff if they have questions or problems with the payroll or the software. What I really spend my days on is reporting (everything from quarterly tax returns, monthly operating reports, etc). We have 23 offices statewide with about 400 staff, and all the payables for all these offices (payroll, reimburseable expenses, utilities for each office, etc) are paid out of my office.
