Subject: Is Compass still in business?

Just tried to access the Compass site and a message said the site is for sale. My question is Compass still making detectors or not? I had some service done on mine a couple of years ago and had many conversations with Mr. Goss. At that time he stated that they were working on a new detector that what sounded to me like it would give the MXT by Whites a run for there money.
