I lived up there and mined professionally and recreationally for about 25 years before relocating to AZ and there are some incredible places to work there...It takes a lot of tough time on the ground to find the goodies...It's not something that's gonna fall into your lap...AZ is much easier hunting than the Trinity Siskiyou areas as far as metal detecting....Dredging/sluicing/panning is another story...Cheers, Ron http://www.az-gold.com
