Hi There Mils,
I think your detector choice should be on the basis of choices of the largest coils.
Inch for inch, coil for coil in neutral ground mineralization the pulse and the vlf machines achieve the same depth. In heavy mineralization of course the pulse is superior.
One of the best for large coils, hence depth and effectivenes in heavy mineralization, my choice would be the SD2200 with the Coiltec Zulu Sheild. ( Bring strong friends with shovels)! Cheers!
