Good to hear that about the GoldStrike. When they come out with the 14" coil (and my ship has come in by then :>), that will be my first line VLF machine.

There's a new German PI machine out called the ARGUS GD 2002 P that I emailed the company and got a copy of the manual. If it works as per the manual, this is going to make the current PI's old technology as it has a discriminator feature that is valid down to 50 cms. Eric Foster has dealt with them in the past and is going to contact them to see if they'll let him borrow one and he will give us his report. Pretty nice of the man considers he is a PI Mfr. himself!

Am going out to Fremont Valley this Sat. with my Diablo II with it's 15" coil and of course the little one for bushes. Going to try the south side of the Randsburg road as well as the Northern side.
Going to give my drywasher a rest and give this metal detecting thing a go after you gave me some badly needed clues last week!
