Now hold on son, I take exception to your evaluation of our military commanders during the Viet Nam war. Lyndon and Richard didn't have too much to do with it. As John will tell you, we pretty well ran the show in D.C. in those years.

I am now a TV news consultant, John has just roughed out a new book, and we haven't heard anything from the rest. Our brothers in arms in the media - although they use satellites and computers now, were just as viable.

I wish Gen. Lemay was here to read your carrying-on's; he'd set you straight on a few facts. You hang in there Marine,I know you'll change your tune when you find out what really happened. Read it all in Dean's book, due out sometime this fall.
