Thank you for your reply. I'm sorry it took me so long to respond. In the back of my mind I was waiting for a phone call and never went back to the Blue Ghosts forum.
I'd be interested in whatever you could tell me about the unit. The patches, insignia, troop pictures, etc... I will still be able to get an article written in the Ann Arbor news about George's service for this Memorial Day or another time this year. What did he have to day about his time at the University of Michigan?
