I had no problem - that is AFTER Windows Media Player upgraded to Version 9. While the file was playing, I did a "save as" and I think it saved as comeandgetit_ep_a96.asf

I was then able to burn it to a CD and also downloaded the covers and insert and printed out on photo paper - it turned out really well. The only drawback is that all of the songs are one single track, but so what?

It was relatively painless and pretty cool too. Sorry you're having trouble with it.
