i bet millions of people never even heard of this liz phair chick after het hit "why can't i"
who the fuck knew this chick has been round for ages!?!? and realised like 4 fucking albums and tons of fucking singles already?!?!?! not me that's for sure
enjoy it while it lasts i say, and lets let her have a few more of those cathy why can't i hits before i'll consider buying her new LP

Liz has been making her name these past years on a very closed college circuit, which is a travesty because she's fucking awesome, but is also very good. Her fans are loyal, attending many concerts and knowing every song. She tears it up on stage, and she's so fucking hot. She may be getting a lot of flack for going "poppy," but, you know what? it's music..and music keeps everything going. So what if she didn't want to put out the same record for the 5th time...she's still one rockin girl. I just saw her last night and it was absolutely amazing.

Liz Phair new album is absolutely awesome. Why Can't I is maybe the greatest single ever,and Extraordinary and HWC just put this one off the charts. It's a must have!

Liz, you're my new hero. Your show at Headliners in Louisville last week was fantastic! I've been going to concerts since 1975 (well over 200 shows) and you were one of the tops! Yes it was a smaller venue(good) and yes the smoke was way to heavy, but damn, you rocked. Keep up the great work. By the way, I really love the new album.

Yeah I knew about since Exile in Guyville before the Supernova alt/pop first hit. BTW, Supernova rocked out next to Why can't I but so what. I have that perfect island of an album and that image of that one lovely woman face.

As long as its what she wants and she stays true to herself then screw it.

Can anyone comment on the rest of the album? Are there tracks that hint at that power of the past I remember so well or is the poppy album to skip.
