This one's really starting to bunch up my panties, so I feel the need to rant a
little about it now.
Simply put, when the felon in question was convicted, his victim/s had no recourse to
collect millions in damages for the wrongs done them. If this man was later victimized
by individuals within the law enforcement or prison custodial community, his recourse
to justice should be no greater than that afforded his own victims... Suffice it to
say that the people who wronged him should go to jail, go strait to jail. That doesn't
mean, however that he as a victim should get to go to "start" and collect $200!
I'm sick of my tax dollars getting tossed into "free parking" just to be grabbed up
by any jerk lucky enough to roll doubles!
