Sorry to hear about Mrs Perry. I didn't know her, but had
great respect for Mr. Perry.
Since I last had anything to share with classmates, I have
been in the hospital again. My work-up prior to the laminectomy indicated a possible problem with the ticker and subsequent evaluation showed some decrease in the left
ventricular function. The cardiologists felt they may need to replace my old pacemaker with a newer version but
all I required was a couple of coronary artery stints.
went in Friday morning, had the arteriogram and stint
placement and after a long, sleepless night( they kept
waking me up for one reason or the other), came home Sat.
morning. Everything went well and I'm sure the doctor
will be able to make his next mortgage payment and keep
his Hummer. Did you know the best time to check on whether
a patient has had a bowel movement is around 3:30 am? Or
the ideal time to have an EKG is 4:00am? Blood is best drawn before 5:00am.-I guess it's fresher then. At least the bladder didn't give me any problems this time!
I sure wished some of you would catch us up on what's go-
ing on around town. Surely there is something worth
sharing.
Let's hear from some of you!!
