Subject: Question and Answer Time On The Afterlife!

Hello again, Zenieth, hope this finds you well. Another question, please.
Can our loved ones "change" the environment they are in? In other words, if they wanted snow for example or a thunder storm, would that happen? One more thing if you have a moment.... why are the messages that we sometimes get from them difficult to understand? The symbols or "pictures" we might get don't make sense. Is it that our perceptions of things are so different than theirs?
