It is very nice to hear from you again! Thank you for your comments and questions and I am very glad that you have asked them!

You ask if our loved ones can change the environment they are in, e.g., to make it snow, rain, etc.

Indeed they can! For example, if they wish for it to snow, that can happen. If they desire to see rain, they can produce rain, however, it would be only in their own "space" or immediate environment and not meant for others as a whole, as everyone has control over how they personally wish things to be where they are at. In other words, this is a great example of others not controlling someone else's life in the Afterlife as many do on Earth. Producing snow or rain is a thought-process that they are well adept at. If they wish for their environment to simulate a spring or summer day, they can indeed create that kind of setting.

Your second question asks why it is difficult to understand the symbols that spirit brings forth.

The first thing to know and understand about this question is that spirit sends forth information in the best way in which a particular individual will understand it. That does not mean, however, that the person intended will fully grasp its meaning. Spirit will often transmit pictures to a person who is either in a conscious state or in a dream-like state of mind. They may also transmit sound to those who are clairaudient, like I am. They also transmit feelings. I am sure you have heard of people getting "goose-pimples" and perhaps becoming scared at certain times when they felt a loved one was near. And indeed they were! The Arrector Pili muscle in the skin becomes activated when it senses such activity nearby. Those who are psychic can oftentimes receive good information in this manner.

There are other ways in which spirit sends information to their loved ones and others on Earth. For example, they can cause a telephone to ring by itself, or lamp to turn on and off, or give one a telepathic message to turn on the radio at the moment a song they most enjoyed, and was also known by the person, is playing. They can also know when a car that has a bumper sticker that would remind you of them is nearby and alert you, telepathically, to look at it. Likewise, they can produce pennies for you to find to let you know that they Love you and are nearby thinking about you.

But now to the reason why some people cannot quickly interpret some messages from spirit. A person has to become attuned or acclimated to the way spirit works. They must align themselves with being completely OPEN to receiving data and information from spirit. If they are not completely open, they will lose the meaning of the information being sent. Spirit always sends forth information and even instruction whether we realize it or not. How do you think some of the world's greatest composers and inventors got their ideas? It is said that spirit intervened to transmit information when a certain device or song was ready to be brought forth to those on Earth. But to the person or persons who do not allow spirit to communicate with them either because they are too deeply entrenched in their own feelings of grief or sadness, they don't know that they will actually impede and miss out on the transmission process.

You see, when a person's vibrations are not high enough for spirit to work with them, transmission will not be possible. In order to be able to be successful at receiving messages or interpreting them, you have to be open to the experience and in a high enough vibration. When your vibration is high, you will receive the messages in ways previously discussed. That is why during the dream-state, you receive more visual, and some people, even audile information. It is because you are more receptive to receiving messages at that time when your being is generally more calm, relaxed and collected, thus your vibrations are higher.

When one appears to not know what the symbology represents, they have actually formed a vacuum within their aura that does not fully realize that the information that is being given is to tell a story that must be told. They are not receptive enough with the message(s) to integrate them into their mental capacity to be able to rationalize what is being said and to obtain the important message. There is much that can be written on how this works but for the sake of brevity, let me say that symbology to one person may be completely different in the interpretation than to another. The picture spirit transmits, for example, of an old house, to one may mean a former home they once lived in and thus, signify memories of the past. But to another, it can mean that spirit is telling them to watch for their *well-being* and that they see the "higher picture" of what they are inwardly causing to happen to their physical body. Thus, it appears as a tattered, worn-down house. Again, the hardest part for many is in the *interpretation* of the symbols spirit puts forth. That could be, in part, due to preconceived ideas about what they wish would be the best possible outcome, rather than pausing to actually examine what is being relayed and exploring all other options without prejudice. The best thing to do is to go into complete silence, without distractions, and ask God to help you find the true meaning of what is being sent to you in dreams or in another form. Meditate on this for a while and the answer should soon come! Write it down if possible. One should always keep a record of one's dreams! It is important to do so, especially when it involves a departed loved one! There a special books one can purchase in book stores called "Dream Diaries", made especially for this purpose. That way, you can later re-read and examine the symbology you wrote down to see if there is a connection with what is currently going on in your life. You will find that if you are doing this correctly, there will be some connection in one way or another.

Spirit vibrates at a much higher, accelerated rate than we do and thus, information is more readily available to them in their realm than in ours. Therefore, they will often send us this information either as warnings or as a mere "heads up" for us to become aware of something that may impact our lives. But this is only done with God's permission as not everything is meant to be disseminated just because it would save someone from trouble. If that were so, then when would we ever learn our own lessons! It is good to practice writing down dreams and then finding commonality with what is going on in your life or what has happened in the past that correlates to one's present situation and therefore, an indication of a possible future outcome when taken and interpreted collectively.

Thanks again and my apologies if I made my answers long ones (as usual), but I always receive so much information from spirit as I am writing, that I find it hard not to note it.
