Thank you for the question, James. I've very often had the same question about things I "see" and hear, but I wasn't sure how to phrase it.
And Zenith, your answer was helpful as well. I've seen my son in my mind in several different situations and "scenes", and wanted to know for sure that this was his sending of pictures to me from where he is. Your explanation of the change in energy did make sense to me.
