Subject: Dads 1 yr anniversary

Today May 16th is the first year anniversary of my fathers passing. I started the day off by going to church and praying for my dad and lighting a candle for him. I feel good, not sad but good. I went home this past weekend to visit mom and we really had a nice time. We brought flowers and a card to dad and told him that we miss him and love him but we are doing fine. I did a lot of yard work and planted flowers for dad. My mom and I even watched him on some VCR tapes and she said to me " Its Like He's Here With Us " So all in all we are doing fine. Some days may be harder than others but we are doing well.
