It was a while back when i was 16 i am now 19,i think i saw my first spirt but i am not sure .Well what happened was i was asleep when iwoke up because my bedroom felt like it was freezing over come to relize that i saw something in my room i couldnt see any detail all i saw was a shadow of a man .basically whati saw the spirt do was walk to my mirrior touch something on it ,walk to the foot of my bed.stand there for a min then walk back over to my mirroir and turn back around to look at me,then he walked over to my closet and sat down in a chiar that was in front of my closet and just sat there watching me .The whole time i felt as if i couldnt breath almost like i had stopped breating,i couldnt talk ,move,or scream it like all my breath was gone.Then i had enough couare to move an turn on the light just to see nothing was there,and to notice that the room temp went back to normal ....Did i see a sprit .or was it my imagination.
