Hello Kellie,

A lot of times in our lives we experience things that we can't explain. The apparition that you described I do feel was an actual spirit, very most likely an earthbound spirit; meaning that this person after death did not make the full transition to the other side where he remains attatched to this earth plain. There are many reasons why a spirit would have trouble making the full transition to the other side and although each persons experience is unique, this still gives us the opportunity to reach out to try and understand why this spirit has entered your home. I've had my share of entities and some of the times it is just a moment of passing through. Once in a while a moment occurs in which we can see them and they can see us and it is just as puzzling for both of us. Other times, you can see them but they are unaware that you are there, as well as the other way around. I do not feel that this spirit you described meant you any harm although you were really frightened. The temperature change in your room is a strong indicator that this was a real visitation from a spirit. If this had been a relative of yours or a spirit guide from the other side, it would not be likely that you'd experience the temperature change so I do feel that this is a spirit of someone you do not know. You can always ask your spirit guides to explain to you in a dream what this meant or who this spirit was. I always ask for their guidance when trying to uncover any mystery.
