Is this the same spirit that you described in your prior post? If so, then I would suggest again for you to reach out to your spirit guides and ask them for guidance through this for you. Ask that they visit you in a dream to help you understand who and what this spirit is. If at any time you feel a negativity from any spirit or experience, it is important to say a prayer of protection and ask that God and your guides protect you from any negativity or harm. Also, a very good technique that is very effective is to visualize white light encircling you and the ones you love. This bond will strengthen the love you share and love is the best insurance against anything dark. This has been something i've used from the time I was very young and has always protected me. Also, prayers are very effective. If ever you feel frightened, say a prayer of protection as well as any prayers you may feel are helpful and as you do, amplify them in your heart and mind. You will be surprised at how protective they can be. Our "God Squad" if you will, is always there to help and protect us, all we have to do is ask for their help.
