Make-up timeline : To ensure your eyes stay healthy and free of infection when using make-up, heed the following due-date rules. Throw out your mascara after three months, powder eye shadows every nine to 18 months, and cream eye shadows every six to 12 months. Sharpen your eyeliners often to keep them clean.
Mascara mistakes: To avoid mascara flake-off or smudging on your face, apply a thin cost of mascara to top lashes only. Then run an eyelash brush through lashes to prevent clumpy mascara build-up. Get a rosy glow: Want your face to radiate a healthy glow? Try using a gel blush or cream (instead of powder) in a rosy shade of pink to create a more natural look. Gels or creams are more transparent and blend smoothly – rub it on the apples of your cheek and blend up towards the eye for a glowing complexion. Minute manicure: Need a fast fix for unpolished nails? File nails into a square shape, buff them to create a bit of shine and apply a clear coat of polish. Next rub in cuticle oil around the edges of the nail and moisturize your whole hand. It takes less than 15 minutes and will give your appearance a polished look. Brow etiquette: The trend in eyebrows for this season is natural looking, not sparse and skinny. Use a tinted brow definer or eyeshadow to fill in scanty brows. Fix tired feet: Pamper your tired feet with a luxurious footbath. Fill a basin with warm water and add a few drops of essential oils. Next place marbles or small stones (found at your local garden centre) into the basin. Run your toes and soles of your feet over the marbles, and relax for 15 minutes. visit:http://www.nikhar-e-arab.com/slimfacemakeup.html

Reward yourself regularly, (don't use food as a reward) buy a new outfit, get a new hair style, even if it's just a grin of approval in the mirror. Don't weigh yourself every day. Instead, get on the weight scales once a week to avoid discouragement.
Instead of obsessing over your weight, keep track of your waist measurement, body fat percentage or clothing size. Have 2 pieces of clothing to help you track your progress. ! that's way too tight and one that fits perfectly at the start of your diet. Try them on every 4 weeks. Create a small graph like the one below with one line that shows your weekly target progress and the other that shows your actual progress. Make your target progress very realistic, say 1lb a week so that you can easily exceed it and keep highly motivated.. visit: http://nikhar-e-arab.com/trackforyou.html

Don't skip breakfast. You will lose weight more quickly if you have a bite to eat in the morning. Drink hot water with lemon Eat hot meals rather than cold. Your metabolism speeds up very slightly when you eat and again if the food is hot. Do at least thirty minutes of cardiovascular exercise, five days a week. This will condition you to burn fat more efficiently. Don't deprive your body of carbohydrates, no matter what they say.
You need carbs for energy and will feel terrible without them. Wear a pedometer and see that you take 1,000 steps every day. If you have a sit-down job, get up every hour and walk around for five minutes or so. Dedicate two hours a week to weight training, concentrating on the larger muscles. Every other day is optimal. visit: http://nikhar-e-arab.com/spendupmetabolism.html

Bad breath (halitosis) is a common problem which often comes from the activity of bacteria in the mouth. Although there is no way of knowing for sure, most adults probably suffer from bad breath occasionally, with perhaps a quarter suffering on a regular basis. Bad breath is a sure-fire way to send potential suitors scrambling for the exits. Chances are, that yummy chicken you enjoyed at lunch is still hanging around in your mouth, which can cause less-than-pleasant-smelling bacteria to form, especially on your tongue. Our bad-breath weapon of choice is a tongue scraper, which some say resembles a medieval torture implement but is actually a disposable U-shaped plastic tool with tiny ridges on one side. It's very easy to use, and it will help clear away any leftover food and odor-causing bacteria that have settled on your tongue. Starting at the back of your mouth, gently drag the scraper along your tongue two or three times, rinsing it in between each pass. visit: http://nikhar-e-arab.com/badbreath.html

This sitewill help you get ready to leave your home country and make a new life in Canada. It was written especially for newcomers. It tells you what documents you will need to bring, what to expect in the first few days and weeks, how to find a place to live, get a Social Insurance Number and a healthcare card, and find a job. It also explains what services you can expect to receive from the immigrant-serving organizations across Canada. You will also find useful information about Canada's geography, history, government and way of life, and how to become a Canadian citizen. You can either read this site from cover to cover, or one section at a time, depending on what you need to know. If you have access to the Internet, you can do more research before you leave for Canada by visiting the Web sites listed. A Newcomer's Introduction to Canada was written to give you helpful information for planning ahead, but it is not a detailed guide. When you arrive in Canada, you will be recieved a book called Welcome to Canada: What You Should Know, from the Government of Canada It contains specific information on all the practical aspects of living in Canada. visit: http://settlement_in_canada.sitesled.com/synopsis.htm

One of the most common problems people have with losing weight is pitfalls like eating out. Here are a few ways you can control how much you eat:As soon as your food is served, ask for a box and put half of your meal into it, to take home. Restaurant portions are usually twice the size they should be anyway. Don't ruin a nice, low fat salad with creamy dressing. Go for the vinaigrette or oil and vinegar, and use them sparingly.
Don't let yourself down by getting (or sharing) a dessert. Order some fruit or Jell-O instead, if you must have something sweet. Arrive with a healthy meal in mind and ask for it without opening your menu. This will spare you the pain of looking at an array of temptation. After each bite, put your fork down, and don't pick it up again until you've completely swallowed the last bite. visit: http://nikhar-e-arab.com/eatoutondiet.html

Canada consists of 10 provinces and three territories in five main regions: the Atlantic
region, Central Canada, the Prairies, the West Coast and the North. The culture and
population are different in each region. The Atlantic region consists of the provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador. Activities such as fishing, farming, forestry, tourism and mining are important to the Atlantic economy.Central Canada consists of the provinces of Ontario and Quebec. This is the most populated region of the country. Together, Ontario and Quebec produce more than three-quarters of all Canadian manufactured goods. The Prairies include the provinces of Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta. Much of the land is flat and fertile, excellent for farming and rich in energy resources. In western Alberta, the Prairies end and the Rocky Mountains begin. The Canadian Rockies include some of the largest peaks in North America. On the West Coast, the province of British Columbia is famous for its mountain ranges and forests. Natural resources such as lumber and fish are important to the economy. Fruit farming is also a major industry, as is tourism. The North consists of Canada's three territories: Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Together, they make up over one-third of Canada's land mass. Northern resources include oil, natural gas, gold, lead and zinc. visit: http://settlement_in_canada.sitesled.com/chapter6.htm

Tall women. Tall women can indulge in wide belts, avoid tight clothes and skirts that are to short or to long. Beauty expert Stephanie Faber recommends tall women play down their waist by wearing their blouses over the pants and skirts and avoid tight belts. Hip heavy triangle woman. A hip heavy triangle and round full figured women can use clothes with vertical lines to make an up and down illusion. V-necks and skirts with slits up the sides are also good. Clothes with small padded shoulders should be chosen . Too big of pads will make you look like a foot ball player. Wear long tops that go passed your hips. Choose jackets, tailored suits and shirtwaist dresses with straight, classic cuts. Lighter colors on top can be worn, this brings eyes up. Wear dark stockings and avoid patterns. Select vertical, fluid patterns and avoid bulky fabrics. Adopt the just below the knee look in dresses and skirts. Choose accessories close to the same color clothes you are wearing including shoes. This gives your body an unbroken slimmer look. Avoid very wide pinafore skirts. Stay with straight or Aline skirts. Top heavy woman. The top heavy body types need to choose long jackets without shoulder pads. Do not wear blouses with fancy details and ruffles. Do not wear clingy fabrics on top, choose darker colors on top. Do not wear tops that are to light. Tops with dolman or raglan sleeves and ones that fit loose and slims down to hug the hips and waist are good. Wear pants or skirts that are pleated to bring the eye down. Choose thin materials like cotton, or cotton jersey. One color dressing will also be thinning. Flat shoes are best unless you are short, then wear heels. If your legs are in good shape shorter hem lengths will draw attention away from your top. Rectangular type woman. The rectangular type can accentuate curves by wearing jackets or tops that hug the waist, feminine thick sweaters over skirts or pants. Use patterns in your tops or bottoms to add dimension. Round out the neckline with necklaces, scarves and other accessories, and use shoulder pads. visit: http://nikhar-e-arab.com/fashionforyou.html

Apply hand lotion and begin to massage the palm of your hand with the thumb of your other hand. This will help to circulate the blood. Work your way over the remainder of the hand and then repeat giving equal time to the other hand. Before color is applied to nails, they must be cleaned and the easiest way to do this is with an orange stick that has been wrapped with cotton. Dip into nail polish remover and then rub over the surface of the nail. Check the nail for any creamy residue. When none remains, your nails will be ready for polishing. Time for color. Pick up a small amount of polish on your brush and paint one stroke down the center of your nail. Your brush should hold just enough color to accomplish this. Stroke the sides of the nail and you are done. The nail should be completely colored in three strokes. Allow to set for a minute or so before applying the second coat. Wait until polish is set (dry to the touch) and then apply the top coat. Don't skip this step as it not only adds life to your manicure, it will protect your nails as well.
Sanitize all of your equipment with alcohol and when they are dry, store them away until the next manicure. Nail Tips: Nail polish can be stored in the fridge. If your nail polish is too thick, try thinning with a polish thinner. To prevent the cap from sticking, coat it with a little Vaseline to prevent this from happening. visit: http://nikhar-e-arab.com/nailcare.html

In Canada, about 20 percent of jobs are regulated by the government to protect public health and safety.

For example, nurses, doctors, engineers, teachers and electricians all work in regulated professions.

People who want to work in regulated jobs need to get a licence from the regulatory body in the province in which they live.

If you want to know more about how to enter a particular profession or trade in a particular province, you should contact the provincial regulatory body for that job.

The professions are selfregulating and they administer the provincial laws that apply to their profession. Rules for entering professions also differ from province to province.

Canada is a land of many cultures and many peoples. Aboriginal peoples have occupied the territory now called Canada for several thousands of years. Everybody else, either by birth or by descent, has been an immigrant - we have all come from somewhere else. It has been said that Canada is a "nation of immigrants." There are three main groups of Aboriginal peoples in Canada: the First Nations, the Inuit and the Métis. There are more than 50 different languages spoken by Canada's Aboriginal peoples, most of which are spoken only in Canada. In fact, the name "Canada" may have come from the word "Kanata," which means a settlement in the language of the Huron-Iroquois First Nations peoples. As a country, Canada came into being on July 1, 1867. This event is known as "Confederation." Before 1867, the French arrived first, then the British. Each brought their own language, system of government, laws and culture. In 1763, after a long war between the British and the French, all of Canada came under British rule and was known as "British North America."

In the late 18th and into the 19th century, during and after the time of the American Revolution, many African-Americans and United Empire Loyalists fled the United States for Canada, where British ties remained and slavery had been abolished. During the mid- to late 19th and early 20th century, waves of immigrants arrived from Europe, attracted by the opportunity of a new and better life in Canada. Some settled in towns and cities; others worked in factories, mines and lumber camps. Many were farmers who turned the Prairie region into wheat fields. Asian immigrants from China, Japan and India settled mainly in the western provinces during this time. Many immigrants helped build Canada's national railways, which joined the east and west coasts and opened up the interior for settlement. After both world wars, thousands of Europeans came to Canada as immigrants and refugees and helped build Canada's post-war economy.

Over the last 50 years, people from all over the globe have sought a better life or have sought refuge in Canada, fleeing civil wars, political unrest and natural disasters. Canada still needs the skills, talents and enthusiasm of newcomers to build our country, together with those who have come before them. All of this has been reflected in Canada's immigration and refugee policies. Today, Canada is home to immigrants from
more than 240 countries. Most newcomers decide to become citizens of Canada, after
they are settled and have met the requirements of Canadian citizenship. visit: http://settlementincanada.50webs.com/history.htm

In Canada, you are required by law to properly care for your children. Police, doctors, teachers and children's aid officials will act when children are being abused. This includes any form of harm and abuse - physical, psychological or sexual. All forms of child abuse are severe crimes. In serious cases of abuse, children can be taken away from their parents.

Physical abuse is any intentional physical contact that causes injury. For example, spanking a child long enough or hard enough to cause bruises, or spanking with anything other than an open hand, is a form of abuse. Some cultural practices, such as female circumcision, are also considered physical abuse and are against the law. Psychological abuse includes terror and humiliation.

Sexual abuse includes any form of sexual contact between an adult and a child. Neglect is also a form of child abuse. Parents who fail to protect and provide for their children are guilty of neglect. By law, children under 12 cannot be left alone to look after themselves or younger siblings. Kids' "helplines" are available for children who need someone to help them or just to talk to. visit: http://settlementincanada.50webs.com/childright.htm

Vitamin B12 deficiency can lead to serious and irreversible physiological and psychological problems. Get your intake from foods of animal origin like meat, fish, eggs and dairy products.
Stress-free solutions
To combat stress, go outside for a brisk walk instead of smoking a cigarette. Reach for your running shoes instead of the TV remote or a chocolate bar. Regular physical activity (at least 30 minutes a day for most days of the week) and a healthy, balanced, low-fat diet will not only make you feel better but help you to better manage your stress.
Morning energy
Need a boost in the mornings? Time your coffeemaker so that the aroma of coffee coincides with your alarm. Sing in the shower. Use lotions with stimulating scents such as mint. Plan at least one fun thing to do each day. Eat breakfast. Feel Good when you Want
When you need to boost your self confidence or self esteem, find 3 things that make you feel good. These could be memories of good times, a piece of music, a holiday souvenir, or a person's face - use photos if it helps. Practise thinking about them and bringing them to mind.
Developing self confidence that lasts - because of the way emotions 'attach' themselves to memories, you will quickly train yourself to feel good when you want - a great help.

Beat Self Consciousness
Self consciousness is the No.1 enemy of self confidence. Learn how to keep your attention off yourself. You can do this easily by following these steps...

If you notice you have become self-conscious, (you can usually tell because you start to feel anxious), choose something 'everyday' you can see and study it in detail. For example: examine a door, look at the different textures and shades of colour, wonder about who made it and how and so on. The important thing is that you're learning how to keep your attention off yourself.

If you feel self-conscious in a social situation, it's usually because you don't have enough to do! Focus on what your purpose in the situation is. Whether you're there to:

find out if you like the other people in the situation
make others feel comfortable
find out some information
make business contacts
and so on...
It's easy to feel self-conscious if you have nothing to do, and much more difficult if your attention is occupied by a task.

Think how comfortable you have been with others when you're all working toward a common goal. The common goal of socialising could be making friends, it could be the exchange of mutually beneficial information, it could be whatever you want it to be! for more information visit: http://www.nikharearab.com/selfesteem.html

Hair helper
Interested in trying out sculpting mud for your hair? Make sure you use a minimal amount of product to prevent weighing hair down. A good rule of thumb is to put a little bit on your fingertips and apply to the hair from the back of the head forward.

Hair clean-up
An all-natural way to eliminate shampoo build-up and toxins in your hair is with apple cider vinegar. Rinse your hair once a week with one cup of apple-cider vinegar, found in grocery stores or health stores.

Hair styling fact
Hair sets best as it is cooling, not when it is heated up from blow-drying. Whether using hot rollers or a blow dryer, apply hair spray after hair has cooled to maximize the style.

Salon style hair
Want to achieve that salon style blowout at home? Separate your damp hair into several sections and blow-dry one at a time using a round or paddle brush. Taking the time to focus on each section will give you that overall salon look.

When you travel to Canada, you will need to have the following documents with you:

a Canadian immigrant visa and Confirmation of Permanent Residence for each family member travelling with you;

a valid passport or other travel document for each family member travelling with you;
two copies of a detailed list of all the personal or household items you are bringing with you; and

two copies of a list of items that are arriving later.

The lists should state how much your personal and household items are worth.

Make two copies of these lists - one for you to keep and one for the Canada
Customs officer. You can get the Canada Border Services Agency form for this purpose
from the Internet .

You must also bring with you enough money to cover living expenses such as
rent, food, clothing and transportation for a six-month period. You may be asked to
show proof of your funds. visit: http://settlement_in_canada.sitesled.com/chapter1.htm

ELT (Enhanced Language Training)
ELT aims to develop and deliver higher levels of language training and job-specific language training, including labour market understanding or experience across Canada.
As a component of the Immigrant Settlement and Adaptation Program, ELT is expected to
provide the following:
• Higher levels of language training, Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) or the Standards linguistiques canadiens (SLC) levels 7-10 (English or French) will be developed and delivered to help meet the needs of immigrants who enter the country with basic or intermediate English
or French skills but need higher levels of language ability to enter and remainin the labour market;
• Higher levels (CLB/SLC 7-10) of jobspecific language training will be developed and delivered to enable immigrants to find and retain jobs commensurate with their qualifications
and skills; and
• In order to promote regionalization, CLB/SLC levels 1-10 (English or French) will be developed and delivered in smaller centres without language training infrastructure (specifically the Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada [LINC] program). (ELT is not intended to duplicate or substitute for the delivery of LINC);
• All of the above must include a bridge to work component, such as work placements,
mentoring, cultural orientation to the workplace, preparation for licensureexams and internships for eligible clients

You will probably find the entry procedure fairly straightforward because you have a passport and other essential documents

You will be interviewed by a Canada Customs officer. You will need to give the officer a list of all the household and personal items that you will be bringing into Canada.

You should also show the immigrant visa to the customs officer, who will refer you to an immigration officer.

The immigration officer will check your visa and travel documents and ask you questions similar to those on the Immigrant Application Form, to verify that you are of good character and in good health.

At this time, you may also be asked to show proof of your funds. If there are no difficulties, the officer will authorize your entry to Canada as a permanent resident by signing your Record
of Landing or Confirmation of Permanent Residence.

If you arrive at one of the major Canadian airports, you will get a booklet called Welcome to Canada: What You Should Know.

It has information on most aspects of life in Canada. It also provides addresses and telephone numbers for:

* immigrant-serving organizations acrossCanada;
* language training assessment centres(which help eligible adult newcomers find free language classes);
* useful federal and provincial government offices.

Subject: Way to get the Job opportunities in Canada (OD010)

Author:

Date Posted: 10:58:07 03/12/08 Wed

Message Description:

* Service Canada Centres: Counsellors at these centres can give you free advice and
information about job and language training and work creation programs for newcomers. They can help you plan an effective job search and prepare a résumé of your education and experience. Each centre also has listings of available jobs on computer or on bulletin boards.
* Classified advertisements: Every daily newspaper in Canada has a classified advertisements section where you will find a variety of jobs listed. In many areas, there are also weekly or monthly employment papers that advertise jobs.
* Local help: To help newcomers prepare to enter the Canadian work force or to gain
access to their profession or trade in Canada, immigrant-serving organizations have a variety of programs. Some give workshops on job search skills, where participants get an overview of the job market where they live. Participants learn, among other things, how to write a good
résumé and how to behave in an interview. In some areas, there are jobfinding clubs, mentoring programs, programs to help you get volunteer work experience, and wage subsidy programs.
* Your personal "network": One of the best ways to learn about jobs is to talk to people. They can be people you know well, or people you have just met. Even if they cannot lead you directly to a job, they can provide you with information, ideas and names of other people who might be able to help and encourage you.
* The Internet: Many Web sites have information on job opportunities. You can search for a job on-line in any part of Canada. Some sites also give practical advice on how to plan your job search. Others allow you to apply for a job directly on the Internet, or to post your
résumé (in English or French). When you do this, your résumé goes into a database that can be searched by employers. Try visiting the following Web sites, run by the federal government.
* www.directioncanada.gc.ca: The Going to Canada Immigration Portal is an important resource that provides on-line information and services from a variety of government and non-government sources to help you make informed decisions about coming to Canada.
* www.hrsdc.gc.ca: This is the national Web site of Human Resources and Social Development Canada, a federal department.
* www.jobsetc.ca: This site will take you through all the steps needed to choose a career and to carry out an effective work search.
* www.workinfonet.ca: This is a national site for career and labour market information. It will link you to job information for each province and territory. It also includes information on self-employment, education and training.
* www.SkillNet.ca: This is a large network of job and career information Web sites. It can link you to full-time and part-time job opportunities. visit: http://settlement_in_canada.sitesled.com/job.htm

Use your make up blusher cleverly to slim down chubby cheeks
Purchase two shades of blush, one of a deeper shade and one that's lighter. To ensure the shades go together, purchase a compact with two coordinating shades.
Apply your usual foundation make-up or powder to cover any imperfections and even out your skin tone.
Apply the lighter shade of blush in circular motions onto the apples of your cheeks... how do you to find your apples? Just smile!
Next, following the line of your cheekbones, apply a sheer sweep of the deeper shade of blush.
Blend, blend and blend. The key with this trick is to create dimension, but you do not want a very obvious demarcation between your natural cheek color and the blush (i.e. think stripes!).
Sweep a small amount of the lighter shade across your nose and/or forehead as desired to add an extra "glow" to your complexion. for other details visit: http://www.nikharearab.com/slimfacemakeup.html

Subject: Waht is the meaning of Self-Esteem in your lise OD09

[ Edit | View ]

Date Posted: 11:52:17 03/04/08 Tue

Self-esteem is very important for your physical, psychological, and spiritual health. Enhancing your self-esteem is another passage to personal growth and change. Life begins to take on greater beauty as we open up and appreciate ourselves. As we value and love ourselves, we gain an acceptance of others. Self-esteem is something we can change and when we do, everything in our life changes. Self-esteem is simply the value we place on ourselves. If we link it to success, money, belongings and friends then we miss the mark. Out of true self-esteem, we create results. We become healthier, happier and make a more significant contribution in life. Self esteem is the opinion you have of yourself. It is based on your attitude to the following:Your value as a person The job you do Your achievements How you think others see you Your purpose in life Your place in the world Your potential for success Your strengths and weaknesses Your social status and how you relate to others Your independence or ability to stand on your own feet What is Low Self Esteem?Low self esteem results from you having a poor self image caused by your attitude to one or more of the above. Example: you do not value the job you do highly or you feel you have no purpose in your life. for more information visit: http://www.nikharearab.com/selfesteem.html

Feel Good when you WantWhen you need to boost your self confidence or self esteem, find 3 things that make you feel good. These could be memories of good times, a piece of music, a holiday souvenir, or a person's face - use photos if it helps. Practise thinking about them and bringing them to mind. Developing self confidence that lasts - because of the way emotions 'attach' themselves to memories, you will quickly train yourself to feel good when you want - a great help.Beat Self ConsciousnessSelf consciousness is the No.1 enemy of self confidence. Learn how to keep your attention off yourself. You can do this easily by following these steps...If you notice you have become self-conscious, (you can usually tell because you start to feel anxious), choose something 'everyday' you can see and study it in detail. Whether you're there to: find out if you like the other people in the situation make others feel comfortable find out some information make business contacts and so on... It's easy to feel self-conscious if you have nothing to do, and much more difficult if your attention is occupied by a task.Think how comfortable you have been with others when you're all working toward a common goal. The common goal of socialising could be making friends, it could be the exchange of mutually beneficial information, it could be whatever you want it to be! for more information visit: http://www.nikharearab.com/selfesteem.html

Avoid any sudden strain. If you are going to have to bend in any way make sure that your back is not cold and stiff. Exercise regularly to loosen up the back and strengthen its supporting abdominal muscles. Stretching your back helps loosen it and prevent injury.
If you sit for long periods, make sure your back is properly supported. Place a small roll in the arch of your lower spine (at waist height) to maintain its normal S-curve. Simply a towel, or cushion rolled up will do.
When lifting, never bend down from the waist, lower and raise yourself at the knees. Keep your back straight and hold the object close to your body. If you are going to carry anything any distance that may be heavy, make sure that your way is clear. You do not want to be dodging around things when you are carrying.
Balance items you carry evenly on both sides of your body and hold them close or use a knapsack.
Sleep on your back if possible, with knees raised on a pillow. If you sleep on your side, a pillow between the knees is a big help.
If you need a firm bed, place a board between the mattress and the box spring.

Lower Back Pain
Eight out of ten Americans will experience a backache at some point. Back pain is the second most common reason for doctor visits in the U.S. The causes of lower back pain are numerous. Some of the more common causes of lower back pain are:
Sudden injury to the back such as may occur in an auto accident, fall, sports, or other manner.
Gynecological conditions such as endometriosis, menstrual cramps, fibroid tumors, and pregnancy are sometimes the cause of lower back pain in women.
Stress to the muscles, nerves, or ligaments in the lower back.
Certain jobs such as those that require repetitive movements, sitting in chairs that are not ergonomically proper for your back, or standing for long periods of time often increase back stress and cause lower back pain.
Arthritis, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, and other bone or joint diseases often cause lower back pain.
Not getting enough physical activity, being sedentary, or being overweight often stresses the lower back causing pain.
Slipped discs, pinched nerves, sciatica, aging, and infections are other common causes of lower back pain.
Smoking. More than 1300 physicians were followed from time of graduation (1948-1964) from John Hopkins University, some for over fifty years. The researchers found that smoking history, hypertension, and coronary artery disease (risk factors for atherosclerosis, occlusion of the arteries) are significantly associated with development of lower back pain.
Because there are so many causes of lower back pain, some serious such as spinal tumors, if you experience lower back pain see your health care provider for diagnosis. If your lower back pain is sudden and severe and it is not during your provider's office hours, go immediately to your local hospital emergency room.
Muscle Relaxants
Once the cause of your back pain has been been properly diagnosed, there are supplements to physical therapy and good posture that can help, such as skelatal muscle relaxants like Soma, Selaxin and Flexeril. Muscle relaxants such as Soma Selaxin and Flexeril are prescription medications that are used to treat pain caused by muscle spasms like muscle injuries, spasms, sprains, and strains. Skelaxin Soma Flexeril and other muscle relaxers are recommended as a supplement to physical therapy, rest, or other treatments your doctor may recommend, and will not replace these treatments. for more information visit: http://www.nikharearab.com/backacheprevention.html

Positivity rules
Try to stay open-minded and positive. Negative, rigid and inflexible attitudes decrease your ability to deal with the stresses of life and prevent you from enjoying yourself.

Get your zzz’s
Be sure to get an adequate amount of sleep each night. Fatigue can interfere with the information you have already stored and your ability to learn new things.

Beneficial B12

Listen to a radio station that makes you laugh – laughter is one of the best energizers around!

Listen to a radio station that makes you laugh – laughter is one of the best energizers around!

I am the owner of 7 great guinea pigs. I am looking for a place to buy guinea pig food in bags larger than 5 or 10 lbs. I work at PetSmart, but we also have 3 rats, a rabbit, 2 parakeets, and 2 snakes. So I thought it would be cheaper to buy in bulk, but I can't seem to find any place that has any.

Does anyone know a place that sells Guinea pig food in bulk that will ship? Or a place in Las Vegas I can go?
Please e mail me if you do.

I know what you are looking for because we have two of them! There are two types (that I know of) that are hairless: skinny pigs(they have hair on there noses and their feet) and baldwins(they are completely bald). Try places like PetSmart. We found ours there. They tend to get their animals from breeders. These types of guinea pigs are still quite uncommon and not many people have heard of them before. Good luck find them!

Just a quick not to say high to my fellow cavie lovers.
I am the proud breeder of eighteen of the little fellas.
I have Black Aguoties (Ch RAMBO Mullum Mullum), Abasynims, B/W Dutch, Cream Rexes and Roans.
They are not as popular in Australia , I can't understand why as they are cleaner than cats and dogs and more affectionate also they are easier to look after

Anyway enough of my raving

Subject: make money w/ just 6 dollars! this REALLY works PEOPLE

Author:
marilyn

Date Posted: 04:19:05 02/01/04 Sun

Subject: all you need is $6 to have your own business!

I found this on a post board: its so simple it has to work if you
follow the
instructions, go for it, I am!!!!!

Make 800,000 dollars in just a few months!!!
Dear Friends: Greetings: I am a retired attorney. A few years ago a
man came to
me with a letter. He asked me to verify the fact that this was legal
to do. I
told him I would review it and get back to him. When I first read the
letter my
client brought me, I thought it was some "off-the-wall" idea to make
money. A week and a half later we met in my office to discuss the
issue. I told
him the letter he originally brought me was not 100% legal. My client
then asked
me to alter it to make it perfectly legal. I asked him to make one
small change
in the letter. I was still curious about the letter, so he explained
to me how
it works. I thought it seemed like a long shot, so I decided against
participating. But before my client left, I asked him to keep me
updated on his
results. About two months later, he called me to tell me he had
received over
$800,000 in cash. I didn't believe him, so he asked me to try this
idea
and find out for myself. I thought about it for a couple of days and
decided I
really didn't have anything to lose, so I asked him for a copy of the
letters. I followed the instructions exactly, mailed 200 copies, and
sure
enough, the money started coming in! It arrived slowly at first, but
coming. I
kept a precise record of the earnings, and in the end, it totaled
$978,493! I
could hardly believe it. I met with my friend for lunch to find out
exactly how
it worked. He told me there are quite a few similar letters around,
but this one
is different because there are six names at the end of the letter,
not five like
some others. This fact alone results in your name being in far more
returns. The
other fact was the help I gave him, making sure the whole thing was
legal, since
no one wants to take the risk of doing something illegal.
By now you are surely curious to know what small changes to make. If
you sent a
letter like this one out, in order to be completely legal, you must
actually
sell something in order to receive a dollar in return. So when you
send a dollar
to each of the names on the list, you must include these
words, "PLEASE
PUT ME ON YOUR MAILING LIST" and include your name and address. This
is
the key to the program. The item you will receive for the dollar you
sent to the
six people below is the letter.
At the time I first tried this idea, I was earning a good living as a
lawyer.
But everyone in the legal profession will tell you there is a lot of
stress that
comes with the job. I told myself if things worked out, I would
retired from my
practice and play golf. I decided to try the letter again, but this
time I sent
500 copies. Three months later, I had totaled $2,341,178!
Here are a few reasons a person might give for not trying this
program: Ø Some
people think they can never make a lot of money with anything this
simple.
Some are afraid they will be ridiculed for trying some dream of large
sums of
money, but do nothing to actually achieve it. Some are just plain
lazy. Ø Some
are afraid of losing their investment. They think this program is
designed to
beat them out of a few dollars.
The system works if you will just try it. But you must follow the
simple
instructions exactly, and in less than three months, you will receive
$800,000
GUARANTEED! Keep what you are doing to yourself for awhile. Many will
tell you
it won't work and will try to talk you out of your dreams. Let them
know of your
success after it works.
LETTERS FROM PARTICIPANTS IN THIS PROGRAM:
My name is David Rhodes. In 1992 my car was repossessed and bill
collectors were
housing my. I was laid off and my unemployment ran out. In October of
1992, I
received a letter telling me how to earn $800,000 anytime I wanted.
Of course, I
was skeptical. But because I was so desperate and virtually had
nothing to lose,
I gave it a try. In January 1993, my family and I went on a 10-day
cruise. The
next month I bought a brand new Mercedes with cash! I am currently
building a
home in Virginia and I will never have to work again. This money
program really
works perfectly every time. I have never failed to receive less than
$500,000.
This is a legitimate, money-making opportunity. It does not require
you to sell
anything or to come in contact with people. And, best of all, you
only leave
the house to mail the letters. If you have always believed that
someday you
would get the lucky break, then simply follow the instructions and
make dreams
come true.
Larry McMahon, Norfolk, VA Six months ago, I received this letter and
ignored
it. Five more came within a period of time and I ignored them also. I
was
tempted, but I was convinced that they were just a Hoax. After three
weeks of
deliberating, I decided to give it a try (not expecting much). Two
weeks went
by and nothing happened. The fourth week was unbelievable! I can't
say I received
$800,000 but I received $400,000. For the first time in years, I am
debt free. I
am doing this again, only this time starting with 500 posts. I
strongly recommend
that you follow the instructions exactly as outlined in this letter.
INSTRUCTIONS 1. Immediately send $1.00 to each of the six people on
the list at
the end of this letter. Wrap the dollar bill in a note saying "Please
add
me to your mailing list" and include your name and address.
2. Copy this letter. You do not have to type it 200 times. Simply
place your
cursor at the top of the page, hold it and drag it all the way down
to the end
of the letter. Then click on "edit" and select "copy". Now open up a
notepad
file on your computer and put the cursor at the top of the page in
the notepad,
click on 'edit' and then select 'paste' it will copy the letter for
you onto
your computer.
3. Remove the name next to the #1 on the list and move the rest of
the names up
one position (#2 becomes #1, #3 becomes #2, etc…..) Then place your
name
in the #6 position. Then save it, make sure it is saved as a txt.
file.
4. When you have completed the instructions, take this letter and
then go to
(Google, Yahoo,...) and type in (Making Money Message board, or post
message,...)and start posting your copy to 200 message boards, or
more this is
only the minimum, you can post as much as you like...The more copies
you send
the better the results. Keep a copy of this letter so you can use it
a second
time. Post it out again in six months, but Post it with the addresses
you
receive with each dollar. It will work better the second time. NOTE:
This
service is 100% legal - (Refer to title 18 section 1302 of the U.S.
Postal &
lottery laws)
How does it work? When you send out 200 Posts, it is estimated that
at least 15
people will respond and send you a $1.00. ($15.00) Those 15 will Post
200 Posts
each and 225 people send you $1.00 ($225.00) Those 225 people Post
200 Posts
each and 3,375 people send you $1.00 ($3,375.00) Those 3,375 post 200
posts each
and 759,375 people send you $1.00 ($759,375.00) At this point your
name drops
off the list, but so far you have received $813,615.00. P.S. When
your money
begins to come in, give the first 10% to charity with spirit and
share a good
fortune!

This really really works, I tried it once and I'm doing it again,
first to be
honest I only posted 145 posts and I didn't receive a lot only
6,689.00$ in 3
months, at least this means that it really works, so this time I'm
posting 604
posts and I've got so far in 2 month 15,640.00$ this is really like a
dream come
true. So go on and try it trust me you've got nothing to lose....
Important tip - Cover money by paper fully by which it can not been
seen in
light, because postal employees do some cheat some times....ok

Subject: MAKE $6,000 FROM $6 IN 15 DAYS....A MUST READ!

Author:
ONEMONEYFINDER
[ Edit | View ]

Date Posted: 15:50:34 12/30/03 Tue

I found this on a message board like this one and decided to try it.The add said I could make thousands of dollars on six dollars! So I thought..."Yeah right, this must be a scam", but like most of us I was curious, so I kept reading. At the time I had NOTHING TO LOOSE and was ready to make a better life for my family and now I couldn't be happier.....ARE YOU READY TO KNOW HOW TO TURN $6 INTO $6,000 IN 15 DAYS...GUARANTEED!: READ THIS FOR YOURSELF AND CHANGE YOUR LIFE! IT REALLY DOES WORK, I COULDN'T BELIEVE THE IMMEDIATE RESULTS! STEP 1: Get 6 separate pieces of paper and write the following on each piece of paper "PLEASE PUT ME ON YOUR MAILING LIST." Now get 6 US $1.00 bills and place ONE inside EACH of the 6 pieces of paper so the bill will not be seen through the envelope (to prevent thievery). Next, place one paper in each of the 6 envelopes and seal them. You should now have 6 sealed envelopes, each with a piece of paper stating the above phrase, your name and address, and a $1.00 bill. What you are doing is creating a service. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY LEGAL! You are requesting a legitimate service and you are paying for it! Like most of us I was a little skeptical and a little worried about the legal aspects of it all. So I checked it out with the U.S. Post Office (1-800-725-2161) and they confirmed that it is indeed legal. Mail the 6 envelopes to the following addresses:

#1) Tim Beaudoin 5362 Greenplain Road Norfolk, VA 23502
#2) J.Dougherty 9 Blue Mountain Court Kunkletown, PA 18058
#3) Chuck F Baker 1782 Edgemont Wy Roseville, Ca 95661
#4) Ambrose Costanzo 2777 Briargrove Dr. #839 Houston, TX 77057
#5) Shaun Bizzle 248 Davors Dr. Montgomery AL 36109
#6) Eric Merhout 2991 West Centennial Dr. #L207 Littleton, Colo. 80123

STEP 2: Now take the #1 name off the list that you see above, move the other names up (6 becomes 5, 5 becomes 4, etc...) and add YOUR Name as number 6 on the list.

STEP 3: Change anything you need to, but try to keep this article as close to original as possible. Now, post your amended article to at least 200 newsgroups. (I think there are close to 24,000 groups) All you need is 200, but remember, the more you post, the more money you make! If you have any doubts, refer to Title 18 Sec. 1302 & 1341 of the Postal lottery laws.Keep a copy of these steps for urself, whenever you need $$$, you can use it again, and again.

PLEASE REMEMBER that this program remains successful because of the honesty and integrity of the participants.
----HOW TO POST TO NEWSGROUPS---

Step 1) You do not need to re-type this entire letter to do your own posting. Simply put your cursor at the beginning of this letter and drag your cursor to the bottom of this document, and select 'copy' from the edit menu. This will copy the entire letter into the computer's memory.

Step 2) Open a blank 'notepad' file and place your cursor at the top of the blank page. From the 'edit' menu select 'paste'. This will paste a copy of the letter into notepad so that you can add your name to the list.

Step 3) Save your new notepad file as a .txt file. If you want to do your postings in different settings, you'll always have this file to go back to.

Step 4) Use Netscape, Internet Explorer or some other program made for browsing the web and try searching for various newsgroups (on-line forums, message boards, chat sites, discussions.)

Step 5) Visit these message boards and post this article as a new message by highlighting the text of this letter and selecting paste from the edit menu. Fill in the Subject, this will be the header that everyone sees as they scroll through the list of postings in a particular group, click the post message button. You're done with your first one! Congratulations...THAT'S IT! All you have to do is jump to different newsgroups and post away, after you get the hang of it, it will take about 30 seconds for each newsgroup! **REMEMBER, THE MORE NEWSGROUPS YOU POST IN, THE MORE $$$$ YOU WILL MAKE! BUT YOU HAVE TO POST A MINIMUM OF 200** That's it! You will begin receiving $$$$$ from around the world within days! You may eventually want to rent a P.O.Box due to the large amount of mail you will receive…

GOD BLESS.....
