CHOCOLATE BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. butter
1 Tbls. vanilla
4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 c. sifted cocoa
3-4 tbsp. strong coffee
3 tbsp. light corn syrup

Cream shortening, butter, and vanilla together until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar and cocoa on medium speed, scraping down bowl often. Add coffee and corn syrup beat until light and fluffy.

If you don't like the mocha taste use milk instead of coffee.

Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting

6 Tbsp. butter, softened
2-2/3 cup 10X sugar
1/3 cup 1/2&1/2 cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa

Cream the butter in a small bowl.
Blean in the cocoa powder, vanilla, sugar and cream.

Beat until desired texture is achieved.
