Casserole Sauce Mix

2 cups instant, nonfat dry milk powder
3/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup chicken bouillon granules
4 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon each dried thyme and basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

In medium bowl, combine milk powder, cornstarch, buillon, onionpowder, thyme, basil and pepper. Store at room temp in tightly covered jar. Makes 3 cups or enough for 4 casseroles using 3/4 cup per casseole.
