Subject: Blueberry Pie that does not run

BLUEBERRY PIE

4 c. fresh blueberries
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. margarine
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice

In a sauacepan combine sugar, 1 c. berries, cornstarch, salt, water and lemon juice. Cook until thick, stirring and smashing some of the berries. Add margarine and the remaining berries. Pour into a baked pie shell. Cool then top with whipped cream
