Subject: Lemon Frosting or Filling Recipe

Lemon Mousse Frosting/Filling


1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 can 6 oz frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
6 drops yellow food coloring optional
1 12 oz tub of Cool Whip thawed

Put milk, lemonade and food color in a large bowl. Stir with rubber spatula until well mixed. Add a large spoonful of Cool whip; stir until blended. Fold in remaining topping.
Use for frosting and/or a filling for cakes.
