Greetings of Peace
I am a Corso breeder. I believe that I have two dogs that are inheritors of the original bloodline that was bought to this country in 1988. I may be wrong, but this is what I believe. I to oppose the so-called American standard, bigger is better. I always tell people that the Original Corsos were not BIG dogs. 140 pound Corso, yeah, ok Corso! I am aware of those second generation breeding schemes. Corso, Neo mix. Mate this pup back to a corso.Keep the corso dominant pups and sell them as corso's to the unlearned masses. This is one of America's ways of creating a bigger Corso. I am happy to admit that both of my dogs very closely resemble those dogs now found on the Italian websites. Please send me a copy of whatever information that you might have regarding the true Italian standard of the Cane Corso. My address is 9143 So. Brandon, Chicago Illinois 60617. My name is Tytina Sanders-Bey. Thanks for your concern in this subject matter.
