Subject: Looking for new CC

I have been a large breed dog owner for most of my life however I have had German Shepards and Shepard mixs (with lab). I am interested in buying a CC however I am concerned about aggression. I have had no problem training my Shepards. Is it more difficult? I am looking a dog to protect me/my home. I need to be able to socialize the dog to people (other dogs to a lesser degree). Any suggestions?
