Subject: help housebreaking my adult female CC

Help, I have a adult female Cane Corso, her problem is she urinates in the house. I mean I let her outside in the daytime and inside in the evening and she actually waits until I bring her in and within 5 minutes she urinates on the carpet.She is pregnant right now but this has gone on since before her pregnancy. I have taken her to the vet many times and he says that she is extremely healthy.I love her very much and she is a great family dog except for this one problem. Please if you have any ideas, I could really use your help. thanks.
