Subject: Attention

I have a cc who is 13mths, she is a cutie expect that she wants so much attention it's unbelievable, she goes everywhere with me, even when i sleep i can feel her watching at me. Is this normal? And then if i donot give her attention she goes off tearing stuff up especially my stuff.
