You need to cover that "Leased" rolling stock, that rolling stock left on the layout for club use and to be cirtified, but be a mim of a 6 month agreement. this way you do not cirtify a car one wee and it is gone the next.

also Members sould be able to store as many cars and Locos that can fit in the Storage container, but is no contaner is present the the 20 ruls aplies. remember the contaner takes up the same space empty or full
