How do/can we get certification? - FPE

I suggest 20 cars and 2 locomotives - and the locomotives should be listed on the Nordel loco roster kept on the club pooter. - FPE - Exception: Some members like to run mile-long freight trains. Bump up the car limit for operating sessions, but don't leave them on the layout after the run.
