"We can't get anything right." That's the theme in the lower regions of the Eastern division.

Whether it be Fort Wayne, Green Bay or Steel Valley, the theme is the same. Losing. Quite a bit of it. Luckily, one of those three teams look to be making a rise.

"I'd say the Smash are looking better by the week. At that level, wins and losses aren't the #1 thing to look for when searching improvement. Look what the young guys are doing. They're the future. Fred McNair has improved every week. Brian Greene leads the team in receiving. Schexnayder has caught on as of late. The defensive line has signs of brilliance. What do the other teams have? Less than average play from everywhere, and a bunch of old guys who aren't worth the paycheque they get. Who has the better shot, no matter what happens in the future?" said an insider from the Hanlon Indian Casino.
