Pro football players arrested in Myrtle Beach

Police say the two professional indoor football players for the Bayou Bucs were staying at the Comfort Inn on South Ocean Boulevard. They were in the hotel after a game with the Myrtle Beach Stings on May 31st when they reportedly sexually assaulted the 12-year-old.

31-year-old Emmanuel Bentley and 30-year-old Kenneth Causey turned themselves in on Monday, but were released on $50,000 bond. Bentley is a linebacker and defensive back and Causey is the team's second-best wide receiver.

Investigators haven't disclosed whether the twelve year girl was a tourist staying at the motel or is a Myrtle Beach resident; however, Authorities do say a third person may have been involved in the assault, and that another arrest may soon follow.
