Subject: Free Agent Idea

How about this idea.

At season's end, each can keep only 40 players. The other 13 go into a special 10 round free agent draft. Each team can then add 3 more undrafted or regular free agents before the college draft.

This somewhat represents what currently happens in the Arena league where many players are free agents each year.

This also allows some potential help to the weaker teams while the better teams still retain their core players....
