We all know that Scott Rolen is the best free agent 3B on the market, but if you can't/aren't willing to spend the kind of money it will take to get him I've got an option for you. FERNANDO TATIS is a solid option for any contending team. He is quite possibly the next best option available at 3rd base, and at 3.5 million, he'll be a hell of a lot cheaper than anyone comperable in the FA pool.
