Due to major payroll concerns, I'm going to have to trade Randy Johnson for this upcoming season. He's a one-year $12.5 million committment... the kind of guy who can push you over the hump for one season. I simply have no cap room. I would like to trade him before the FA season, so if you are afraid that you cannot sign a quality pitcher on the market, talk to me about Randy. I'm looking for draft picks and youth.

I also have three catchers, and need to deal one. Let me know if you are interested in Mitch Meluskey. He's owed only $1 million through 2005, and he has over 60 contact.
