1B: Segui, who posted an 0.811 OPS this year, is up for grabs. He is a productive player, who does not fit into our youth movement here in Baltimore. We are not looking for very much for him, so let me know if you are interested.

P: Sidney Ponson is also available. While he had a 4.01 ERA in 170 Innings, the development of some of our younger pitchers has made him expendable. Under contract for $5,000,000 this year in his 5th season, he is also going to come fairly cheap. Only 25, and has 3 pitches rated at 60 or above, but will be a FA after this year, so could be a home discount kind of signing.
