lots of land and there were so many trees that the forrestry department would regularly cut trees, it was mandatory that they let them, and they would receive royalty checks every month. They had dremed of retiring up there but when the time came that they could they realized that it wasn't a smart move because now they needed better access to hospitals, etc. He's gone now but she lives in a house right on the lake out north of San Antonio forty miles or so. Isn't the same though. That is some gorgeous country.
