mIRC could work. It is completely free and I think it would work, if we put the time in to figure out how it works. It's not as user-friendly as WebRPG but it may just be more capable. It can be run on different servers so we are not subject to the lag of one and only one server all the time. I have seen witnessed dicebots in mIRC environments and I have a whiteboard program for it saved on my hard-drive. We won't have character sheets of course but that was always a luxury anyways. I'm about to be gone for awhile but if anyone knows anything about it or anyone who does I bet it could be worked out pretty quickly.
