We all do things we're less than proud of (I've got a long history of doing such things, myself). Don't beat yourself up over it, though. These things happen. We learn from them and move on.

Ah, I wasn't aware of the various hosting issues. Now that I am, I agree that you, as the site's host, acted perfectly appropriately. My point is that if DG, as the site's webmaster, truly believes that it's time to stop baiting and mocking LQ, then the shrine needs to go. It's very *existence* is a form of baiting.

Certainly, if she wants it up, then it's fine to have it up. I can't think of a reason for it, either, though. Perhaps she thinks that negative attention is better than no attention? Who knows?
