again I say Weiss, but my close second is the fic 'sailor moon omoi' by strike fiss. ^_^ It was well written, funnier than heck, and had an original plot, despite the flaming god playing marty sam. Let's ignore the fact that not only does the author marry a sailor scout, but becomes a sailor scout, is revealed to be the next best thing to a god, and has l33t m4d sk1llz. ^_^;;


Now he writes Evangellion, and so far I haven't seen him in any of his works. And they still kick ass. =P
